1. Dribbling

  • Purpose: Allows a player to move around the court while maintaining control of the ball.

  • Basic Tips:

    • Use your fingertips, not your palm.

    • Keep the ball low and close to your body.

2. Passing

  • Purpose: Move the ball between teammates to create scoring opportunities.
